So this year I am going to try and keep up on my blog better, Last year every time I thought about doing it I was so far behind I didn't know where to start... So I'm going to start FRESH this year... JANUARY 2011!

For starters Last year was a great year, we did lots of things thoughout the whole year... starting off with a big move from the only home we've know in Poky to almost 4 hours away to Boise. It was a year ago on January 5th that we've been here. CrAzY! We have all adjusted well so far and are learning to love it here.

Another thing we did last year was decide to have ONE more baby, cause FOUR just wasn't enuf ... LOL. We are all very excited for a new baby and I'm excited that there will almost be a 3 1/2 year gap and not 16 or 20 months :-). We are also excited that it will be a BOY!!! AND I'm also excited for it to be my LAST!!! My Doctor already set up my c-section date for June 3rd. Can't wait.

So heres to a better year of BlOgGiNg for me.

OH... and I had to throw in a couple pictures of my kids as babies, cause I just look at them and get so excited for a little newborn.

I cleaned out my kids toy room and

turned it into my sewing/craft room and...

I've had all these ideas running threw my head latley of what I can sew next. I couldn't sleep last night so I got up and started sketching picture of things I want to make.

I've been making pillows and aprons and bow and outfits and dresses and skirts and blankets

I am loving this, I think having it all in a room that I can have my stuff organized and left out so I can come and go when needed ( I DO still have a house full of kids LOL)

It's been a fun little hobby and MOST of the material I get are scrapes from the craft stores or walmart that is the clearensed "end of the bolt" peices, or at... yes my friends, YARD SALES!!!

My poor Gray Gray tripped while heading outside and split his forehead right open. I took him to the urgent care and because it was so deep they didn't think the glue and butterfly would hold so the stitched it up.

He is so dang tuff and didn't cry at all, he was running around the waiting room with a big gash in his head... then they had to stitch it. He freaked out! Kicking and screaming. I hated it so bad, nothing like breaking a moms heart.

After getting home he once again acted like nothing had happened to him and he began climbing on chairs and tables and riding his scooter and trike. Now I'm paranoid!

Easter Saturday

BRRR, we braved the cold and snow to go to an egg hunt.
Hannah was all over getting as many eggs as she could

Miley was freezing. To cold to care about the eggs.

Grady was Happy as ever.

Later that day we had a family get-together and egg hunt.

It was fun/ CrAzY!

(For some reason the kids all seemed to be on one that day.)

It was fun to see everyone and luckly the weather was nicer by the afternoon.

Spring break in Poky

I used to want to get away from Poky come spring break,

this year that's where I went.

I stayed with Lacey and it was so much fun.

As u can see we did just about what we'd do if we weren't together,

only we had someone to do it with and

twice as many kids to take care of and clean up after. LOL

I think cause they had each other they didn't make as many messes

and because there was two of us to clean and cleaned up twice as fast.

This is what most of our time consisted of... KIDS!

I didn't get any pictures of Jax and Zac

cause they were on the computer most the time frying there brains!

All the little ones had so much fun.

The played so hard and all got along perfect.

Miley and Alex get along SO SO great
it made it so nice to have them entertain each other.

My awesome friend Riley had me bring my girls to there old preschool class
they had so much fun seeing all there school/church friends.
Then we went to our old playgroup to catch up with friends.
I went out with my family one night and went to lunch with sisters and friends one day.
It was a fast week with all the things we fit in. It really made me miss home and everyone there.

A week before Easter the Bunny went to visit the Zoo and to my suprise ALL of my kids liked the bunny... I was sure Miley and Gray would be scared, NOPE!
The weather was perfect!

They all thought EVERY animal was the best one!

They were so much fun to watch.

It was so nice to get out and do something fun with our little family!

An update on my little family

So I can't find the cord to download pictures since we moved so heres a verbal update...

January 8th we took a huge leap of faith and moved our little family to the town of Meridian. It has been a great move so far. Zac really loves school and Church and is making friends quickly. Mark pretty much knew averyone at his work before and it he is also doing well with the change, he is still getting used to a 25 min commute each way but he says it don't bother him. The three little ones all seem to be doing well with the change also. ME... I am very blessed that I know some people that live here, this has helped me TUNS. I live about a mile away from my cousin Tina that has been a great friend to me, I see or talk to her just about every day. My awsome friend that grew up down the street from me Shari lives here and I love her to death and we've been able to see each other a few times and one of my good friends Jen, I meet 7+ years back live here too, we got together and it was so great to see her and her little fam, and our oldest boys that played together forever ago hit it off like they hadn't been away from each other for years.

The week I moved here my favorite JoDee can to see me and help me get things put up and put away, I loved having her here and her cute boys that my kids love so much... and of course i loved the help too :-).

...That same weekend my mother-in-law took our family and all the rest of marks family on a fun quick trip to yellowstone. we went through the park played in the water and got to catch up with marks family.

Next my Dad and my awsome sister and her kidos come to see me and it was SO much fun, my mother-in-law can up too and it was so great to hang out eat LOTS of yummy food and show them all where i live now. that same weekend on Sunday my brother Todd came up with his family and we had a great sunday visiting and playing games.

This last weekend my dad had work here and so I got to see him again and he droped my cute little sister off to play with me. It was so much fun cause I had a babysitter and we got to go shop play hang, my cousin tina came with and we all had lots of fun.

With all the excitment going on we've only had a chance to go to church 2x, but everyone seems so great and friendly. I really look forward to getting to know people more and hopefully makeing some new friends.

OH YA... and mixed in with all that we had our little Hannah Jo turn 5! she is such a cute little girl. I can't believe shes five, I love her so dang much and with as many time as she was in the hospital last year (for one thing or another) so far so good. She really seems to be doing good, it makes me so happy to see her healthy.

... and my sweet baby Grady turned 2. I can NOT even believe that he's two. he is such a sweet little boy that I can't get enuf of. He LOVES his big sisters and big brother and lights up if any of them give him attention.

WOW!!! thats an earfull. hopefull i can find my cord soon so you don't have to read so much next time and you can just look at pics...LOL

Now I'm pretty sure there is no way that it's been a year since I bloged about Zac turning 8 and getting baptized... so how crap is he 9 already!?!

I have no idea where that year went.

Zac went with his dad and grandma to California over the weekend before his birthday . They met up with Marks sisters and there family.

They had such a good time.
Zac flew home on his Birthday and had a suprise when the flight attendant announced over the intercom in was ZACS BIRTHDAY... and the whole plane sang happy birthday to him.

Saturday was such a warm beautiful day we decided to head to Bear lake for the afternoon

We got there around 3:30 and it was CRAZY packed.

Once we found a spot and made ourselves at home, we all had a blast!

Mark coached Zacs little league team and did amazing with these kids.

We played a good fun season and we barley made it to the finals being number 8.

Being the underdogs we kept thinking... just one more game,

this little kids had a different plan and just kept winning this week

They played 6 games this week and placed 3rd in the whole league.

Mark was one proud coach to say the least. It was so much fun to watch these kids over the season grow and become an amazing team.

After HOURS of dragging kids to games,

just to have the sun beat on us

This is Hannah about a week ago

For all that know Hannah Jo, Know this is not like her... (to sleep)

This was her Monday morning

This is Hannah Jo Monday night

Tuesday morning we took Hannah to a walk in clinic and she had a bad

uti and kidney infection...

they put her on an antibiotic and said if she got worse at all to take her to the hospital.

By Wednesday night she was worse and we took her to the ER.

Come to find out her body was rejecting the antibiotic they give her.

She was such a tuff little thing. It took a couple days to start to keep food down and get her fever to stay down.

Lets just stay after 2 nights there Hannah Jo was ready to come home...

even if that meant get better quick :)

After LOST of sleeping and lots of test...
we started to get our girl back.

Hannah Jo was so excited to go home, this was her the whole way home

She still gets real tired easy but she doing so so good.

So a couple things that happened this weekend...

first we went to the spring fair, whoo!

It was just like every other year.

The highlight of our time there was when

Miss Hannah wanted to go on the bungee tramp thing that has you go super high.

We thought what the heck, let her try!

She stood on the scale and was barely big enuf 2 do it.

That girl got up there and worked it.

She got jumping on it and she was going pretty high.

The guy asked her if she wanted to go higher,

with a big nod and an even bigger smile she said...YES!!!

He flung her up there so high and that girl didn't flinch...

she loved it then he helped her do a couple back flips.

AND of course I didn't have my camera.

We took some pictures with grandmas phone,

so I'll see if I can get them off it.

That little girl drew quite the crowed,

Everyone thought she was so brave.

She just keeps asking if she can go do it again.

(oh, what us parents find joy in :))

Next we had pictures taken of our kids...

that was so NOTfun!

Miley would not stop crying for daddy and her noes would not stop running

Gray was just fine until we wanted a picture!

Then he would freak out worse than he EVER does.

Zac was posen like a mad man and

I took Miley to the Denist and she was a little nervous at first. She didn't love all the equiptment. I was a little nervous myself, wondering if her teeth were healthy... she liked the bottle a little longer that she should have. I was VERY happy to hear that her teeth were GREAT. They have been so excited about it.

Happy New year!

Baby Gray spent it in the ER.

Poor little guy fell down the stairs and split the corner of his eye right open.

The Doctor glued and tapped it up for him.

Later I took Miley to Urgent care cause she wasn't breathing great.

They said she has croup and give her some steroids.

THERE BOTH DOING BETTER NOW!

I didn't have a computer for over a month... but good old Santa hoked us up!!!

I'm back in business.

My awesome brother-in-law brought home my sister and the kids for Christmas.

It was so much fun and it went by WAY to fast.

My kids are all at fun magical stages, It was a sure joy to watch them enjoy this

wonderful season!

I saw this on someones blog while surfing.... It is so close to how I feel I thought I'd share. (especially the last sentence)

"Barack Obama has won!

The good news is that a Black man has won the Presidency, the bad news is that in many ways he supports many issues contrary to mine.

As I often tell my kids, no person is all bad. At this point, it doesn't matter what his actions and his voting record has been in the past, it now matters what he will do in the future.

Time will be the true indicator to what this man will do and represent.

Tomorrow is a new day!

No matter which candidate is in the White House our responsibilities will not change much. We still need to pray for our leaders and work at making our country better.

At the end of the day we will all be left with the task of living in this world and doing the best we can with it.

There is one thing that I am quite happy about and that is my kids know a little more about this election than I ever did at their age. I am pleased at their interest and their level of understanding. In addition, individual values set aside, this election is so important, for reasons far bigger than who wins or loses. My kids are having their very first real exposure to a presidential election and they are seeing a black man and a woman V.P candidate on the ticket.

In their world, this will ALWAYS have been possible."

When there was a picture of Obama on T.V. I pointed him out to Zac and it didn't even cross his mind that he is black, and that it was a big deal. I think that is a HUGE step, who-da-thunked-it even 10 years ago!?!

MY BAPTISM DAY

What a wonderful day. First we woke up to a beautiful blanket of white snow on the ground, how appropriate for a day that Zac would be wearing all white to be baptised, and his little sweet cousin Annalyn be blessed in all white.

I can not express enuf how grateful I am for all the wonderful love and support we had from so many people. The ward was truly amazing to have everything perfect. We had SO many wonderful family come to be there on the special day. There was over 75 people there to support Zac and Annalyn.

Before Zac went to be baptised, I had him stand up and look around the room, I told him to look around at all the people that were there, to know they are all so proud of the choice he made to be baptised and they all love him very much.

Zac asked Uncle Scott to give a talk on the girt of the Holy ghost. He did wonderful and it really meant a lot to Zac. Then Zac and LOTS of his little cousins and some friends from the ward sang I am a Child of God. It was perfect.

I felt the spirit so Strong, I know Zac made the right decision. I know my mom was there on that special day, and I know many people felt her there, and I'm grateful for that.

After the baptism I asked Zac how he felt, I just loved his answer! With the biggest smile ever he said... " I feel really really good mom It's like I feel bigger, like lots bigger, and my heart wont stop beatin' really fast and hard," all I could do is tell him to take in that feeling and don't ever forget it, that it's the Lord telling him how proud he is of him. And I pray he will never forget that amazing feeling.

I know I am writing a TUN... but I just have one more thing.
After the Baptism and Blessing, we had everyone come to have sandwiches. It was also wonderful. It was so nice having all the Nelsons and Briscoes and Mayfields and Steadmans there. The kids all had so much fun, and everyone I think really enjoyed themselves visiting... the only thing that would have made the day better was to have the Phippins here, we really missed them that day.

Miley has been such a little goof ball lately,she is so dang fun... I sear when kids hit 2 they grow up so fast.She decided about 2 weeks before her birthday she wanted to be potty trained. I was NOT excited to do it, well... I didn't have to. She did it on her own!

I SO NEEDED THAT!!!!!!

She has been such an easy little girl, when it was time to put her in her big girl bed, she went with no problems. There's so many things she does bacause she wants to be just like Zac and Hannah... BUT she wants to be like Gray in some ways too... like she wanted to have a bottle FOREVER!!! but when she decided about a month ago she didn't want one, she hasn't had one since. She is truely a joy!

I can't believe how hard it was for me to say good bye to the Phippins yesterday. You'd think since I've done it before it would be easier, but I do have to say it was harder... much harder. There is already an emptyness around with out them. Zac was so tuff when we said good by and when we got almost home I looked over to see a little boy just a cryin'. They are all his very best friends. My heart aches to not see all of them, but to think how big baby Ashlynn will be when I see her next, really hurts.

We had a wonderful summer with them, we love them to peices.. AND don't be suprized to see me start bloggin more:)

Our trip to West Yellowstone

This was our first family vacation with 4 kids,

and it kicked my butt!!!

With that said we did have some good times:)

The kids loved to see the animals in the park, and we were so lucky to see a GRIZZLY BEAR with her CUB and also 2 WOLFS. The kids thought that was pretty cool... so did I. A guy from "down under" was there with his stethescope and asked if we wanted to look closer at the bears , so we saw it really close up, it was awsome.

Zac was so cute, he had his pen and paper and he would write down all the differnt animals we saw.
When we went to see OLD FAITHFUL there was this pile of snow in the parking lot and the kids were so excited (like we hadn't had a tun of snow all winter) so we let them get out and play!

This is cute Zac at UPPER FALLS in the park. Hannah and Gray fell asleep so I took Zac real quick to see them and then Mark took Miley!

I couldn't get my camera to work at the POOL so this is the only picture I got but they had a blast playin' in the water, this is Lies chillin' in her tube.

they both decided they were hungry at the same time.

Ashlynn is my sister Loris baby that was born 4 days before Grady. Her family just got here for the summer, they live in Iowa. So the babys got to meet for the first time. They were so cute together. They are both into sucking on hands, so of course when we layed them by each other they loved to suck on each others hands. It was pretty cute. You can see how differnt there little personalitys are, yet they do so much of the same things, like the sucky thing, and there eating and sleeping times are pretty close on track with each other. We are so excited they are here, I'll post more pictures of all of them when I get a chance.

JoAnna came over and played for a while this week, and the 3 girls had so much fun, they played in the sand box, they played dress up, they had tea partys, they went for a ride in the wagon, they road bikes, and played with sidewalk chalk.

So this past week we tryed out Grady in the saucer... can ya tell he likes it!

He did pretty good in it for a short amount of time.

I can't believe how time flys, it seems like I just had him and hes already getting big enuf to sit in the saucer, CRAZY!!!

Zac has been playing camp fire baseball, but this week he started the pinto leage, his team is the Cubs. They look so cute in the matching uniforms.

His last game was Thursday night and Miss Miley did not want to take off her tutu, or her boots to go to his ball game, and I've learned to pick my battles, so she looks like one

AND HANNAH JO... well she's been keeping me on my toes, I decided to get 15 minutes of excersize in and Hannah suprized me with the peanut butter (i'm just glad it wasn't poop). while putting in a load of laundry, she found the merkers!!! (luckely they were washable). She also managed to dump a FULL can of Gradys formula all over the carpet and spreat it around... is someone feeling a little attention deprived? (I swear I do watch my kids!)

Grady had his 2 month check up yesterday and had to get 5 shots.

He cried a good one.

Doc said he looks great. He was 13 pounds and 21 inches long.

Aunt Trish brought these cute little tutus over for my girls the other day.

They love them.

It's a VERY good thing they both have one,
cause if one is wearing theres the other wants to join in on the fun.

It's almost like magic... as soon as they are around there waist they begin to dance and spin.

They magically are PRINCESSES!
